Payment and Terms

Repair:
We allow all customers to bring their garments to our atelier to get them repaired if something happens to it. We want our clothes to have a full life.

Delivery and shipping:
RENÈ produces our products through a low batch production model to ensure we don’t overproduce. This approach also allows us to test the market demand for our products and make adjustments. Further it allows our customers to get our products in hand more quickly. If we dont have the product in stock you want, you can write us an email and we will produce your order, if possible. In this case please please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. 

For local orders within Denmark our chosen courier service is Postnord. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days

International orders will be shipped via UPS express or Postnord. Estimated delivery time depends on your location, and varies between 3-7 days. 

We have chosen UPS express to achieve the best delivery services for our international customers, and concomitantly help us minimize our CO2 emissions and waste through their sustainable initiatives.

Please note that tracking numbers will be provided by email.

All orders are being shipped from Denmark.

Payments:
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

The amount for your order will only be charged to your account once the items have been shipped. If multiple items are ordered and one or more are on backorder, the full amount will be charged when all items are shipped.

Complaints and Grievance Options

If there are any defects or issues with the received item, you have a 24-month warranty under which you can submit a complaint. The complaint must be filed within a reasonable time, and you can contact us at [email address] to file your claim. You may also use the EU’s online complaint portal at https://ec.europa.eu/odr to file a complaint about a product or service.

Returns:
Once you complete your purchase, we will send you an email with the confirmation and estimated timings.

We offer the right of withdrawel; a 14-day refund policy which entitles our customers to exchange the garments to another size or style or get the money back. Provided that the garments are not worn, altered, or have tags removed. We do not offer gift cards

Customers have the right to open the package to check contents and try product, but the product must be returned unused.

All original packaging, price labels etc. must be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Customer bears return charges.

If you wish to return a garment, please send an email to Contact@renecphofficial.com with subject “Return” and write your request.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the issue is not deemed to be manufacturing fault.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, all our products come with a 2-year legal guarantee. This means that if your item develops a fault or defect within 2 years of purchase, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. This guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidents. Upon receiving a valid complaint, RENÈ undertakes to replace the defective goods or provide a refund, at our discretion.

Once we receive your return, we will process your credit immediately, and notify you via email.

The refund process will begin once we have received and processed the returned items. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we have received your return package. We recommend sending the package with tracking, so you can monitor the return.
