Delivery and shipping:
RENÈ produces made-on-demand products, but for our initial release, we produce a limited quantity of stock items. This approach allows us to test the market demand for our products and make adjustments. Further it allows our customers to get our products in hand more quickly. If we dont have the item in stock it usually takes 2 weeks for you to recieve the garment. In some cases please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
Our garments are produced made on demand and therefore our wait time is slightly longer, as is to be expected.
For local orders within Denmark our chosen courier service is Postnord.
International orders will be shipped via DHL express or Postnord.
We have chosen DHL express to achieve the best delivery services for our international customers, and concomitantly help us minimize our CO2 emissions and waste through their sustainable initiatives.
Please note that tracking numbers will be provided by email.
All orders are being shipped from Denmark.

Our garments are Made to-order which means that the garment will be made specifically for you.
Once you complete your purchase, we will send you an email with the confirmation and estimated timings.
We offer a 14-day refund policy which entitles our customers to exchange the garments to another size or style. We can also provide a gift card on all garments, provided they are not worn, altered, or tags removed.
Customers have the right to open the package to check contents and try product, but the product must be returned unused.
All original packaging, price labels etc. must be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Customer bears return charges.
If you wish to return a garment, please send an email to Reneofficialcontact@gmail.com with subject "Return" and write your request. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the issue is not deemed to be manufacturing fault.
Once we receive your return, we will process your credit immediately, and notify you via email.
